Character is always revealed by what comes out of your mouth (maybe we should also add what you voice on social media? 😬). But is it worth it? Honor creates room for you, but dishonor shuts things down around you. So ask yourself, “Is what I am about to post or say dishonoring, and if so, is it worth shutting things down around me to post or say it anyway?” Remember—the force of honor in your life will carry you to places that talent alone could never produce. Always been a little taken with hearing people tell their stories. Think I inherited this from my Grandmother. Especially the stories of how God weaves redemption into broken lives, broken families and broken hearts.

Who knew He had such a big story-telling plan for a girl from Kentucky with a guitar?

It’s only when you know your season that you can say yes to things that maybe don’t look like your calling, but they’re a part of your current assignment and carry great significance for the year ahead.
