Our hearts just weren’t created to house anxiety. Hearts don’t know what to do with it so they begin to breakdown. Did you know it’s actually been proven that worriers have a smaller lung capacity made that way by worry? Your heart was made to house peace; that is when your heart flourishes. ⠀

Breathe deeply. This is a sign of peace in your heart—taking deep breaths of God’s peace, God’s hope, and God’s power. Anxiety makes people afraid to breathe deeply and actually smothers. It will make you bury your talents unknowingly, and when you bury your God-given talents, you are burying yourself. ⠀

Your heart is your own private oasis from all the exterior anxiety and fear that tries to steal hearts. Your true place of rest is within you in the reality that He abides in you and you abide in Him. Breathe deep today. Grab your clear, strong heart of peace from the Prince of Peace.⠀

There is an invitation to an awareness of the impo

There is an invitation to an awareness of the importance of the time we are all in right now. Also an awareness of how the enemy would try to sabotage it.

Seems it’s one of those times that holds ‘new openings’ for things.

This morning I was reminded of how the Jewish people have many different words for our one word for ‘time’—because they live in an awareness that there are different types of time.

This particular type of time they call “pregnant time”. It means: a place in time when an opening appears that must be driven through with force if success is to be achieved.

Like giving birth. Bottom line—it’s when time and destiny meet.

There is so much that has the ‘potential’ for happening right now... things God has called all of us to. Let’s stay steady in listening and stepping into whatever He calls us into—for such a time as this.
